Our Exchange Policy
Important: We offer exchanges only — no refunds.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, you must:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- Provide proof of purchase (order number)
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at info@sculpt-society.com within 3 days of delivery
- Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred replacement (size, style, or product)
- Our team will review your request and provide exchange instructions within 24 hours
Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved:
- You'll receive instructions on how to return the original item
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll ship your replacement
- Processing time: 2-4 business days after we receive your return
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or we sent you the wrong item, we'll cover the return shipping and expedite your exchange. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
